When the iPhone was first introduced (at $600, no less), it sold a million units in 74 days. The Droid, at a third the intro cost of the iPhone, also sold around a million units. The Nexus One in the same timeframe? Around 135,000 units. Now granted the Nexus One is only available online…but Google also was advertising the phone on their search home page, which every person on planet Earth uses (save for Ballmer and Bing). Any way you slice it, however, those sales figures are polly wolly crappy.
